How far in advance should I book?

While we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, we understand life can be unpredictable. We offer same-day or next-day services based on availability, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

How do I pay for my cleaning service?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with any part of our service, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll come back to make it right – free of charge.
